Complaints procedure
The majority of children/young people, and their families who use health services experience high standards of care and treatment, benefiting from kindness, dedication and professionalism of the staff who look after them. However, there can be instances where standards of practice can be perceived to fall short of a child’s/young person’s and their family’s expectations. It is important that there are simple and effective arrangements to deal with these situations.
The Complaints Officer for Lucena Clinic Services is Kevin Madigan.
